Overview:

Vea finished his career at Washington, where he played in 39 career game, had 99 tackles, 15.0 for loss, and 9.5 sacks. He also had 5 pass breakups, and 2 forced fumbles. He has great size, is a tackling machine, a run stuffer, and a hard hitter. He commands double teams, he wreaks havoc on defense, gets good pressure on the quarterback, and is a good pass rusher. He also bull rushes his way through the offensive line in pursuit of the ball carrier, and he gets a good push on the offensive line. On the other hand, he does have great speed, but that does not hurt his game, and he has issues with fast backs at times. With that said, I expect Vea to be a 1st-round pick, likely taken in the top 25 picks when it is all said and done.
