Overview:

Bowser had a very productive career at Houston, where he played in 48 career games, where he had 136 tackles, 27.5 for loss, and an impressive 21.5 sacks. He has good size, he is a solid pass rusher, he is also a sure fire tackler, he is a hard hitter, and he is a run stuffer. He gets good pressure on the quarterback, and he is a play maker on defense. He does not elite speed, but that does not hurt his game, and he does get manhandled at times by bigger offensive lineman at the line of scrimmage. With that said, I view Bowser as a day 2 pick, likely somewhere in the mid 2nd-round, to early 3rd-round area, where he will be rotational player at linebacker for whoever gets him, and eventually get a chance to start.
