Overview:

Taylor was highly productive at Western Kentucky, where he brought in 252 catches, for 4234 receiving yards, with 41 receiving touchdowns. He has good size, he has good speed, he is a great pass catcher, he is sure handed, he is also a good route runner, and he is a dynamic play maker. He is a catching machine, also he is a great deep threat, he is very experienced, and has a nice quick burst off the line of scrimmage. He does drop some easy passes, and playing in a lower level FBS conference may be seen as a negative. With that said, Taylor should end up being a day 3 pick, likely somewhere in the 4th or 5th round when it is all said and done.
