Overview:

Bower had a nice career at LSU, where he played in 50 career games, had 60 tackles, 12.0 for loss, and 5.5 sacks. He has good size, is a solid tackler, is a good pass rusher, and gets good pressure on the quarterback. He is also a tough nosed player, a hard hitter, very experienced, and does a good job of getting through the offensive line in pursuit of the quarterback. He does not have elite speed, but that does not hurt his game, he is not known for getting many sacks, and he missed 2 games his Junior season due to an injury. With that said, I view Bower as a day 3 pick, likely in the later part of the day.
