Overview:

McKinley had a great career at UCLA, he has 99 total tackles, 28.0 for loss, and 16.0 sacks. He is a great pass rusher, he has good speed, he gets good pressure on the quarterback, and he commands double teams. He is also a hard hitter, and a sure fire tackler. The only knocks on McKinley are where he will play, he seems to light to play defensive end, so it makes sense for a 3-4 team to grab him to be an outside linebacker. The other knock is injury concerns, as he bowed out of the Senior Bowl to possibly have shoulder surgery. So if everything checks out fine, McKinley should be a 1st round pick, if not, he could slide a bit, but I do not see him lasting past the early part of round 2.
