Oakman is just a huge defensive lineman, he has decent speed, and is a solid pass rusher. He put up great sack numbers, and was a tackling machine for Baylor. He is also a disruptive defender. On the other hand there is the unknown of where to play him, and where he will fit in, due to his size, I am not sure if he fits better as a 3-4 DE, or a 4-3 DE. With that being said, Oakman should be a day 2 pick.
