Overview:

McMillan was a tackling machine at Ohio State, coming with 275 total tackles, along with 18.0 tackles for loss. He has good size, and he also has good speed. He can play inside linebacker, and outside linebacker. He is also very experienced. He is a good pass rusher, and he gets good pressure on the quarterback. He is also a sure fire tackler. The downsides are that he over pursues at times, gets pushed around by big offensive lineman, and misses some tackles at times. Some say his coverage skills are not the best, I think he is ok in that area, I would not have an issue taking McMillan in the 1st round, but I expect him to fall down the 2nd round.
