Overview:

Hughes finished his career at Central Florida, where he played in 23 career games, had 60 tackles, 0.5 for loss, 4 interceptions, 14 pass breakups, and 1 forced fumble. He has good speed, he is a solid tackler, has good instincts, and is a hard hitter. He is very physical, and does not back down. He is a solid cover cornerback, a defensive play maker, and was a shut down cornerback for UCF. He is also a relentless defender, and a difference maker on defense. On the other hand, he is not the tallest cornerback, but that does not hurt his game. With that said, I see Hughes being a day 2 pick when it is all said and done.
