Overview:

Dayes was highly productive at N.C. State, with 550 carries, for 2856 rushing yards, 34 rushing touchdowns, along with 98 catches, for 933 receiving yards, and 6 receiving touchdowns. He has great speed, he has good vision, he is an explosive playmaker, and he has an explosive burst off the line of scrimmage. He also makes defenders miss with ease, and he breaks tackles with ease. The only downside is that he is an undersized back. With that said, I view Dayes as a day 3 pick, likely somewhere in the mid round area, thanks in large part to having a really good Senior Bowl performance.
