Overview:

Lattimore had a good career at Ohio State, where saw action in 19 career games, he put up good numbers, with 45 tackles, 1.0 for loss, 4 interceptions, and 11 pass breakups. He has good size, he has great speed, and is good in coverage. He is also a sure fire tackler, a shut down cornerback, and he is a hard hitting cornerback. The only issue with Lattimore is that he has only played in 19 career games, so he is not as experienced as other top cornerback coming out. With that said, I view Lattimore as a 1st-round pick, likely going anywhere in the top 10 picks, where he should be a number 1 cornerback for that team. Also it should be noted that Lattimore looks to be a bit more polished than former Ohio State cornerback, and current New York Giant Eli Apple, who went 10th overall in the 2016 NFL Draft.
