Overview:

Williams has a highly productive career at Utah, getting 189 tackles, only 4.0 for loss, but an amazing 11 interceptions, and 19 pass breakups. He is solid in coverage, has good size, is a hard hitter, and a run stuffing defensive back. He is also a solid tackler, and is very experienced. On the other side, he tends to commit silly penalties, he also does not always play the ball, and does not have elite speed, which does not hurt game. With that said, I view Williams as a day 2 pick, likely somewhere in the 2nd round when it is all said and done.
