Overview:

Hooker was a pure ball hawk for Ohio State, posting 7 interceptions in only 26 games played. He played in only 26 games, but had 84 tackles, 5.5 for loss, plus the 7 interceptions, and 4 pass breakups. He has good size, is a sure fire tackler, and he is solid in coverage. He is also a hard hitting safety, a tough nosed player, and a defensive play maker. The one downside is the fact that he only played in 26 career games at Ohio State as mentioned. With that said, with the kind of skill set that Hooker has, he should end up being a 1st round pick, and in the running to be the first Safety taken in the draft this April.
