Overview:

Carter finished his career at Georgia, where he played in 54 career games, had 166 tackles, 21.5 for loss, 14.0 sacks, 1 pass breakup, 6 forced fumbles, and 6 fumbles recovered. He has great size, is a tackling machine, is a tough nosed player, and has good instincts, He also gets good pressure on the quarterback, and is a good pass rusher. He is a good cover linebacker, he is a hard hitter, and a run stuffer. He is a relentless defender, and a ferocious defender, He is also a defensive play maker, and a difference maker on defense. On the other hand, while he has good speed, he does not have elite edge rusher speed. With that said, I see Carter being a early day 3 pick when it is all said and done.
