Overview:

Neal was highly productive at LSU, racking up 118 tackles, 17.0 for loss, and 12.0 sacks. He has good size, good speed, is a solid pass rusher, gets good pressure on the quarterback, and is a hard hitter. He is also an every down player, he uses his speed to get around the tackles, while also using a nice spin move that also helps him get around the tackle in pursuit of the quarterback. His downside is that he gets manhandled at times by bigger offensive lineman. With that said, Neal is a day 3 pick, in the mid round range to me.
