Overview:

Wilson, despite missing all of 2014 due to an injury, and being academically ineligible in 2015, proved to be a standout for Bowie State, along with being a star in both the 2016 FCS National Bowl, and the 2017 HBCU Spirit Game. He has great speed, he is solid in coverage, is a hard hitting defensive back, and a tough nosed player. He is also really good in coverage, he is a solid tackler, he always wraps up on tackle attempts, and is a special teams standout. He is also a ball hawk, he does a really good job against taller receivers, and he did a good job of breaking up passes. He also has a non stop motor, and is in on every play. The only thing I see as a negative is his size, as he is 5Õ10, but that does not hurt his game at all. With that said, I view Wilson a late round pick, to being a priority free agent after the draft. Whoever drafts or signs him is going to get a player that gives his all on every play, and will eventually develop into a solid cornerback in the NFL. He also may be one of the hidden gems in this years class.
