Overview:

Davenport has great size, he holds up well in pass protection, is a good pass blocker, a good run blocker, a mauler, and does not get pushed around that easily at the line of scrimmage. He also opens holes up for his backs, he is a tough nosed player, gets a good push on the defensive line, and does a good job of adjusting to speedy edge rushers. He does not have great speed, he does not always bend his knees, he is not the most athletic tackle prospect, and playing at Bucknell may be a negative to some. Plus I feel he is more than likely a Right Tackle, or Swing tackle at the next level. With that said, I see Davenport as a day 3 pick, somewhere in the 4th-5th round range, with a good chance of sneaking into day 2 of the draft.
