Overview:

Jones had a very productive career at N.C. State, where he played in 38 games, had 229 tackles, 8.5 for loss, 7 interceptions, and 17 pass breakups. He has good size, he has great speed, is a sure fire tackler, he is solid in coverage, and a good blitzing defensive back. He is also a hard hitter, and a defensive play maker. He does tend to get beat at times in coverage, but that does not hurt his game. With that said, I view Jones as a day 2 pick, likely somewhere in the 2nd round when it is all said and done.
