Carraway had a great career at TCU, posting 132 tackles, 26.5 for loss, and 18.0 sacks. He has good size for an edge rusher, is very versatile, as he can lineup at defensive end, as well as outside linebacker. He is also a solid pass rusher, gets good pressure on the quarterback, and he uses a nice spin move to get around the tackle in pursuit of the quarterback. The only issue I see is he does not have elite edge rusher speed. With that said, I expect Carraway to be a day 3 pick, likely in the 5th to 6th round range when it is all said and done.
