Overview:

Bullard has the size, and speed, and he is also a solid pass rusher, and a tackling machine. He can line up in either a 3-4, as a End, or in a 4-3, as both a DE, and DT. On the other side he did not have the best sack numbers at Florida, and he tends struggle against bigger offensive lineman. With all that said, I expect Bullard to be a 1st-2nd round pick.
