Overview:

Williams had a nice career at Utah for only playing in 19 career games, where he had 314 carries, for 1884 rushing yards, and 13 rushing touchdowns. He has great speed, he has good vision, he is a tough runner, he is a good blocking back, especially on quarterback runs, and he is an explosive play maker. He also has an explosive burst off the line of scrimmage, he is hard to take down, and he breaks tackles with ease. He is a bit undersized, and is not known as a pass catching back. With that said, I view Williams as a day 3 pick, likely in the later part of day 3.
