Overview:

Cutrer had a very productive career at Middle Tennessee, where he played in 23 career games, he had 95 tackles, 7.0 for loss, 6 interceptions, and 29 pass breakups. He has good size, he has good speed, is a sure fire tackler, and is very solid in coverage. He is also a hard hitting cornerback, a defensive play maker, and his coverage skills allows his front 7 to get enough time to get to the quarterback. On the other size, he only played 2 seasons at the FBS level after playing previously at a JUCO school, he gets beat at times in coverage, and he missed 2 games in 2015 with an ankle injury. With that said, I see Cutrer as a day 3 pick for sure, likely in the early part of round 4, with a good chance of sneaking into the end of day 2.
