Overview:

Samuels ended his career at N.C. State, where he played in 52 career games, had 202 receptions, for 1855 receiving yards, and 19 receiving touchdowns. He was also prolific as a runner, as he had 180 rushes, for 1104 rushing yards, and 28 rushing touchdowns. He has good speed, he was a go-to receiver for N.C. State, he has good hands, and is a solid pass catcher. He is also very versatile, as he plays both fullback, and tight end. He was a clear scoring machine, and a dynamic play maker on offense. He is also a good run blocker, as he opens holes up for his backs, and is a good route runner. On the other hand, he is a bit undersized, but that does not hurt his game. With that said, I view Samuels as a early day 3 pick when it is all said and done.
