Overview:

Thomas finished his career at Indiana, where he played in 23 career games, had 28 receptions, for 404 receiving yards, and 5 receiving touchdowns. He has great size, he has good speed, and is a solid pass catcher. He is also a good run blocker, and he opens holes up for his backs. He is a good route runner, and a good deep threat. He is a tough nosed player, and has good instincts. He breaks tackles, makes defenders miss, and is tough to bring down. He is also a good pass blocker, an offensive play maker, and does not get pushed around that easily at the line of scrimmage when blocking. On the other hand he could be seen a 1-year wonder, as all 5 of his receiving touchdowns came in 2017, and while he has good speed, he does not have elite tight end speed, but that does not hurt his game. With that said, I view Thomas as a day 3 pick when it is all said and done.
