Overview:

Moreau had a nice career at UCLA, posting 146 tackles, 2.0 for loss, 2 interceptions, and 21 pass breakups. He has good speed, is a solid cover cornerback, is a hard hitter, a sure fire tackler, and has good size in the weight department. And in addition to being a sure fire tackler, he always wraps up on tackle attempts. On the other side, he is not the tallest cornerback, he has had injury issues at UCLA, which cost him all but 3 games in his junior season, and he is not known for getting many interceptions. With that, said, and due to a nice Shrine game, I expect Moreau to be at worst a early day 3 pick, with the potential to be a day 2 pick.
