Overview:

Burnett finished his career at USC, where he played in 39 career games, had 152 receptions, for 1897 receiving yards, and 16 receiving touchdowns. He has good size height wise, he has great speed, he is a solid pass catcher, and is sure handed. He is also a good route runner, a good deep threat, and was a go-to receiver for the Trojans. He also consistently beats his defender, he breaks tackles with ease, makes defenders miss with ease, and is tough to take down. He is also very elusive, is a good redzone target, and is very clutch. On the other hand, he is a bit light, and he commits some penalties at times. With that said, I expect Burnett to be late day 2, to early day 3 pick when it is all said and done.
