Overview:

Hall has great size, is a good cover cornerback, and a special teams standout. He was a pure ball hawk, and a play maker on defense for Northern Iowa. He is also very experienced. On the other hand, he is on the slow side, and playing at a smaller school could be seen as a negative. With that said, I expect Hall to be a late day 2, to early day 3 pick.
