Overview:

Webb was very productive over his career between Cal, and Texas Tech, where he had 841 completions, for just under 9900 passing yards, and he had 83 passing touchdowns. He has good size, is very accurate, he has a strong arm, he does a good job of fitting the ball into tight spots, and he has a nice deep ball. He however, tends to over, and under thrown his receivers at times, he is also not known as a running quarterback, and he does not have great speed. With that said, I view Webb as a day 2 pick, somewhere in the mid 2nd, to early 3rd round area, and he should be on the first 5 quarterbacks taken.
