Overview:

Jones had a great career at Richmond, where he played in 41 career games, had 195 tackles, a whopping 14 interceptions, and 6 pass breakups, proving to be a ball hawk for Richmond. He also has good size, he has good speed, and is a sure fire tackler. He also is a defensive play maker, he is good in coverage, and he is relentless when going after the ball carrier. He is also very experienced, and he is a hard hitting defensive back. On the other hand, while he has good speed, he does not have elite defensive back speed, but that does not hurt his game at all. With that said, I view Jones as a top 100 pick, and a day 2 pick, likely in the 3rd round area when it is all said and done.
