Overview:

Moore finished his career at Maryland where he played in 37 career games, had 146 receptions, for 2027 receiving yards, and 17 receiving touchdowns. He has great speed, he is a good route runner, a good blocking receiver, a solid pass catcher, and was a go-to receiver for Maryland. He consistently beats his defender, is a scoring machine, and a dynamic play maker. He also makes defenders miss with ease, breaks tackles with ease, and is tough to take down. He also has an explosive burst. On the other hand, he is not the tallest receiver, but that does not hurt his game. With that being said, I expect Moore to be a late 1st-round, to early 2nd-round pick.
