Overview:

Foster is a dynamic play maker for Arizona State, he has great speed, he was very productive, and a scoring machine. He is very versatile, as he can play running back, and wide receiver. On the other hand, he is on the small side, and he just started playing wide receiver full time in 2015, so he is new to it. With that said, I expect Foster to be a mid round pick.

Strengths:

a nice fast weapon

he is very versatile can play RB and now WR. He is a solid pass catcher

a dynamic weapon

a play maker for the Sun Devils

very productive

a scoring machine

Weaknesses:

He is a bit undersized

the transition to WR will be interesting to see if he can handle being a go-to WR now instead of a weapon out of the backfield.
