Overview:

Luke was very productive at Notre Dame, with 152 tackles, 5.5 for loss, 8 interceptions, and 24 pass breakups. He has good size, great speed, is very experienced, a sure fire tackler, is good in coverage, and a hard hitter. He does not always play the ball resulting in defensive pass interference at times. With that said, I view Luke as a day 3 pick, likely somewhere in later rounds, or even as a priority free agent, where he will compete for a spot on a teams 53-man roster.
