Overview:

Awuzie had a great career at Colorado, with 265 tackles, 25.0 for loss, 3 interceptions, and 25 pass breakups. He has good size, he has good speed, he is very experienced, he is good in coverage, and he is a defensive play maker. He also a hard hitting cornerback, His cover skills gives the front 7 enough time to get to the quarterback, and and always wraps up on tackles attempts. The only issue is he does not get many picks for him, but that does not hurt his game. With that said, I view Awuzie as a day 2 pick, somewhere in the late 2nd, to early 3rd round area when it is all said and done.
