Overview:
Tapper has good size when it comes to height he is a tackling machine, and a sack machine. He also has good speed, and I believe he can play in a 4-3 as an end, or as a 3-4 outside linebacker. On the other side he tends to get manhandled by bigger offensive lineman, he tens to whiffs on some tackles, and he is very light. The only other concern is what position he might play in the NFL. With that said, Tapper should be a 2nd-3rd round pick.
