Overview:

Kelly was very productive, despite playing in only 27 career games between Ole Miss, and Clemson, where he had 513Êcompletions, for 6858 passing yards, and 50 passing touchdowns. He has good size, is very accurate, has a strong arm, has a good deep ball, and is a good passer on the bootleg, and while running. He also threads the needle so to speak, he fits the ball into tight spots nicely, and he makes good decisions on broken plays, or when there is no where to throw too. He is not very mobile, he does not have great speed, he only played in 27 career games, missed part of 2016 due to a torn ACL, and had off the field issues in the past, which led him to being kicked off the Clemson football team, and transferring to Ole Mis. With that said, I see Kelly as a day 3 pick, likely in the later rounds, mainly due to the potential he has.
