Overview:

Baker had a great career at Washington, with 200 tackles, 13.5 for loss, 5 interceptions, and 24 pass breakups. He has good speed, is a sure fire tackler, a good cover safety, a hard hitter, and has good instincts. He is also a dynamic play maker on defense, and is a special teams standout. He is a bit undersized, and while he has good speed, he does not have elite safety speed. With that said, I view Baker as a day 2 pick, likely being taken anywhere in the 2nd round when it is all said and done.
