Overview:

Miller has good size, and great speed, he recently moved to receiver after the emergence of J.T. Barrett for Ohio State, and he was productive in his 1 and only year at receiver. But being brand new to the position, might scare teams away from picking him high, but I expect Miller to be a 2nd round pick.
