Overview:

Scott was highly productive at Clemson, bringing in 245 passes, for 2480 yards, and 19 touchdowns. He has great speed, is a dynamic play maker, he is also a dynamic returner, a solid pass catcher, a go-to receiver, he makes something out of nothing, along with being a good blocker. He is also smart, elusive, and runs good routes. He however is undersized, and has had injury issues in the past. With receivers always being in demand each year, I expect Scott to be an mid day 3 pick, likely somewhere in the 4th-5th round range.
