Overview:

Pipkin was highly productive at Tiffin, where he had 720 completion, for 8077 passing yards, and 69 passing touchdowns. He has good size, good speed, a strong arm, is very accurate, and makes something out of nothing when under pressure. He is also very experienced, a mobile QB, and a good running QB. He tends to overthrows some passes, and playing at a lower level school may be seen as a negative due to level of competition. With that said, I view Pipkin a day 3 pick, likely in the later rounds, where he will be more of a developmental quarterback. But I can see him moving up the boards, as he was so productive at Tiffin, I truly believe he is worth being drafted.
