Overview:

Cappa, who finished his career at Humboldt State, has great size, is a good pass blocker, a good run blocker, and opens holes up for his backs. He gets a good push on the defensive line, and he does not get pushed around that easily. He also has good instincts, is a tough nosed player, and is a mauler. He is very active using his hands to get leverage, and he has good athleticism. He also does a good job of bending his knees, and showing his athleticism, and he does a good job of resetting his legs, and stopping the defender. On the other hand, he does not have the best speed, but that does not hurt his game. With that said, I view Cappa as a day 3 pick when it is all said and done.
