Overview:

Torgersen had a very productive career at Penn, where he saw action in 30 games, completed 627 passes, for 7025 passing yards, had 52 passing touchdowns, only 18 interceptions, plus he carried the ball 319 times, for 912 rushing yards, and 18 rushing touchdowns, proving to be a dual threat quarterback. He has good size, he has good speed, he is a great running quarterback and he is very accurate. He also has a strong arm, he makes something out of nothing with his legs, and he is a tough nosed player. He also has a nice release, he has a good deep ball, he also fits the ball into tight places, and he is very experienced. On the other hand, he tends to overthrow his receivers at times, and he played in an option offense, where he did was a shotgun quarterback, so that is something he would need to get use to. With that said, I view Torgersen as a late round pick, to a priority free agent after the draft, where he might spend his first season on a teams practice squad.
