Jason’s Official 2018 NFL Draft Scouting Report: Virginia Tech S Terrell Edmunds

Terrell Edmunds, S, Virginia Tech

Scouting Report:

Edmunds finished his career at Virginia Tech, where he played in 37 career games, had 182 tackles, 6.5 for loss, 6 interceptions, 14 pass breakups, and 2 fumbles recovered. He has good size, he has good speed, he is a tackling machines, and is a ball hawk. He is a solid cover defensive back, he is very physical, and does not back down. He is a relentless defender, and a ferocious defender. He is also a defensive play maker, and a difference maker on defense. On the other hand, while he has good speed, he does not have elite safety speed, but that does not hurt his game. With that said, I see Edmunds being a day 2 pick when it is all said and done.
