Jason’s Official 2018 NFL Draft Scouting Report: Texas A&M RB Keith Ford

Keith Ford, RB, Texas A&M

Scouting Report:

Ford finished his career at Texas A&M, where he played in 44 career games, had 359 rushes, for 1743 rushing yards, and 24 rushing touchdowns. He also had 30 receptions, for 305 receiving yards, and 1 receiving touchdown. He has good size, he has good speed, he has good vision, and isa tough runner. He was a workhorse back for Texas A&M, he is a god blocking back, and a powerful back. He makes defenders miss, he breaks tackles, and is tough to take down. He is an offensive play maker, a very patient back, and attacks holes. He also is a very physical back, and has an explosive burst. On the other hand, he is not known as a big time pass catching back, but that does not hurt his game. With that said, I view Ford as a late round pick, with the chance of going undrafted.
