Jason’s Official 2018 NFL Draft Scouting Report: Notre Dame WR Equanimeous St. Brown

Equanimeous St. Brown, WR, Notre Dame

Scouting Report:

St. Brown ended his career at Notre Dame, where he played in 31 career games, had 92 receptions, for 1484 receiving yards, and 13 receiving touchdowns. He has great size, he has good speed, he is a great pass catcher, and is sure handed. He makes his defenders miss with ease, he breaks tackles, and is tough to take down. He is also consistently beating his defender, he was a go-to receiver for the Irish, he makes spectacular catches look easy, and is a great redzone target. He also commands double teams, he fights for every yard, and extra yards, and he uses his size to advantage to go, and get the ball. On the other hand, he does commit some offensive pass interferences at times, and despite having good speed, he does not have elite receiver speed, but that does not hurt his game. With that said, I expect St. Brown to be one of the first 3 receivers taken this April.
