Jason’s Official 2018 NFL Draft Scouting Report: Florida State DT Derrick Nnadi

Derrick Nnadi, DT, Florida State

Scouting Report:

Nnadi finished his career at Florida State, where he played in 48 career games, had 165 tackles, 17.0 for loss, and 8.0 sacks. He also had 2 forced fumbles, and 2 fumbles recovered. He has great size, he has good speed, is a tackling machine, and a run stuffer. He also gets good pressure on the quarterback, and is a good pass rusher. He is also a very relentless defender when going after the ball carrier. On the other hand he is not known as a sack specialist. With that all said, I see Nnadi as a early day 2 pick, likely being picked within the first 10-15 picks of the 2nd-round.
